What is Life Coaching? Coaching is all about empowering you to live your best life. It is a co-creative process in which the coach and client work together to create outcomes, shifts and expanded awareness around issues of importance to the client. Coaching is based on the premise that the client is "whole" and healthy. Coaching is not therapy or couselling.
What is Spiritual Life Coaching? Spiritual life coaching is unabashedly all about going deeper, expanding and evolving. As with regular life coaching, the client is encouraged to bring forth any issue, idea or inkling for coaching. What is unique about this approach, is that the coach and client co-create on many levels. There is a mutual understanding that we are "spiritual beings on a human journey". With this in mind, the coach is fully present in supporting clients as they gain greater awareness of who they are. Through powerful questioning, intuitive deep listening and unconditional support, the coach supports the client in creating greater personal awareness.
