Motherhood is a spiritual journey and I believe, with all my heart, that mamas need to be honored and supported. Being a mother is a sacred role and one that can open our hearts to great transformation and personal discovery.

Conscious mothering holds the potential to change the world. What a gift!

Personally, becoming a mother has been the greatest heart-opening experience of my life! It is all consuming, earth-shattering, awe-inspiring, exhausting and incredibly humbling. Being a mother has provided me with all the requisite fodder for spiritual discovery. When I really think about it, it feels like I have been on a spiritual "retreat" (albeit a rather noisy one!!!) for the past 11 years! LOL :)
